    Mr Andrew Solomon also fondly Referred to as “Pablo” by his friends and colleagues is a Senior Executive with over 23 years of progressive experience within the Security Industry, with specific expertise in Operations, Administration, Technology Acquisition and Implementation, Consolidation & Integration of Business Processes and Financial Management and Systems. Supported with proven performance in linking the corporate vision with the delivery of desired results through empowerment, development and utilization of people, process and technology. A strong motivator and team player with effective leadership, communication, decision making, problem solving and interpersonal skills, together with a corporate focus and a results-driven attitude. Andrew Currently Runs Radar Security with key and during his tenure the organisation has achieved some major milestone, these being:
    Grew the organization from conception to Ksh. 800 M turnover in 2017
    Started off with an initial team of 3 – to a team total of 2,672 current day
    Led the organization to be recognized as one of the top 100 small and middle sized companies in Kenya – company rose from position 47 in 2010 to 7th position in 2012
